Management profile

Mr. Femi Boyede is an expert consultant on international trade and domestic export development with twenty five years cognate experience. He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of the company.

Between June 2007 and May, 2009, Mr. Boyede worked as Senior Special Assistant on Enterprise and Economic Development to the Governor of Ekiti State and was subsequently appointed as Director-General of Ekiti Enterprise Development Agency.

A graduate of the University of Ife, Ile Ife, (1983), he is also an alumnus of Universite ’ de Dijon, France and a PhD scholar of International Trade and Strategy at the Rushmore University USA.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Export of Nigeria, Founding Director of the Institute of International Business and Logistics (Nigeria) and the Centre for Export Development.  He is also the Founder and Convener of the KVL Export Round Table, a not-for-profit Platform for Public-Private sector dialogue on non-oil exports in Nigeria.

An international trade expert, Mr. Boyede has consulted for several international organizations including the Geneva-based International Trade Centre (ITC). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria and a Board-member of several Nigerian Companies.  As Chairman of Newgate Medical Services Limited (aka Newgate Hospital), Mr. Boyede has raised the hospital to international status as it is now in referral partnership with the esteemed max healthcare group in India.

He holds several certifications from various international seminars and workshops with specialist knowledge on project analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

In demonstration of his commitment to Government’s economic programmes and national development, Mr. Boyede has served the country meritoriously on the following committees amongst several others

Mr. Benjamin Olatunji Boyede, Senior Manager (Finance/Admin/Operations)

Mr. Olatunji Boyede is an export and supply chain management consultant. He is responsible for coordinating the company’s domestic operations including finance, administration, account and protocols units. He is also in charge of processing and administration of export incentives portfolio.

Mr. Boyede holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil engineering and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Soil and Water engineering of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and Bida Polytechnic respectively. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management of the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology, Zaria.

He is a certified Business Counselor and trainer of the International Trade Centre’s Modular Learning System on Supply Chain Management, and vast in the management of Trade Information Services. He has attended several seminars and summits on logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as Trade Information Services both locally and internationally.
